Repairs
H&R 1871, LLC will repair or replace at their discretion any firearm
of its manufacture if it is found to be defective due to materials or
workmanship within two (2) years of the original date of purchase. If
your firearm should require service, return it to the factory as
follows:
- Describe completely in a note the type of service to be
performed and the problem with your firearm if any, and include
your name, shipping address, daytime telephone number, model
number and serial number of the firearm.
- Keep a record of your serial number when returning a
firearm.
- Make sure the firearm is unloaded and package it carefully
to avoid damage in transit, including the note and a copy of
your sales receipt inside the package.
- Never include live ammunition in the package with the
firearm, as this is a violation of Federal law.
- Do not include the Trigger Locking Device or accessories
with the firearm.
- Ship the firearm insured to:
